Conveyor Belt Not Working

Reasons:

No signal to Conveyor Belt

Displayed error code in Servo driver

Conveyor Belt Coupling is loose

Remedial Actions:

Case 1:

Loose connection in Servo Driver, Relay, Main Board, & PLC.

Case 2:

Check error code in the

Error Code Handling

section and take an action to resolve the error.

Case 3:

Tight the Conveyor Belt Coupling, as shown below:

Reasons:

No signal to Take-Up Motor

Take-Up motor movement is jammed

Regulator is set at Low and Take-Up regulator not working

Remedial Actions:

Case 1:

Remove the Take-

Up roller and observe it’s movement.

Case 3:

Check the regulator settings and rotate the knob to ON it. Additionally, if regulator is not

working, replace it.
