Reasons:

Sponge roller shape is distorted

Sponge roller or Squeeze roller movement is jammed

Washing tub is not engaged properly

Glue dryer is not working

Remedial Actions:

Replace the Sponge roller or bearing, if faulty or distorted.

Check Sponge or Squeeze roller movement manually, it should be free.
