Assembly
To be fully operational, you must deploy the tripod, install the RF assembly and the
reflector, and connect the IFL and power cables. Then you can make a manual pointing to
acquire the network.
To assemble the EXPLORER 3075GX, do as follows:
1. Unpack the tripod, place it upon level ground.
2. Adjust the height of each leg so that the bubble in the bubble meter is within the marked
circle. Make sure the legs are as widely spread as possible to support the RF assembly
and the reflector petals. Fasten each leg by turning the black locking lever.
3. In high wind conditions you can anchor the tripod to the ground. You may add extra
weight to the support legs, or insert stakes through holes on the support feet.
4. Take the RF assembly out of the case, handle it carefully.
