Distance for
wireless transmission
is less than expected. The antenna on the
base station is not
screwed tight.

Tighten the rundown on the antenna by hand.
Transmission power is
too low.

Increase the power on the base station and tool.
Select Channel 1 –
Select transmission power up to 25 mW.
Select Channel 2 or 3 –
Select transmission power for base station up to 1 mW, transmission
power for tool up to 5 mW.
Installation location of
the base station is
unsuitable.

Place the base station in a location where there is a clear line of
sight between the base station and the tool.
