Appendix A ACS Command Reference
EXEC Commands
•
If you stop a view-based ACS process on an ACS server that is not a log collector, the CLI displays
the following message:
This is not a log collector node. Attempting to stop '
proc-name
' anyway.
Where
proc-name
refers to the specific view process that you attempted to stop.
Caution
Use this command only when you need to troubleshoot the operations of an ACS node; otherwise, Cisco
recommends that you maintain all of the ACS processes in running status, because ACS has high
dependency on the ACS processes.
