21. Install key (132) on the gear side idler shaft and install the gearwheel (109) and secure it
with locknut (110).
22. Install, tighten and align gearwheel (108) along with the ring feder (113) to the shaft (101)
gear side using hex head screw (114).
23. Rotate drive shaft (101) manually 360° and check for free rotation, inspect the shaft
clearances to meet the target value. Tight scrub screw incase for Cartridge seal after
shaft alignment.
24. Install gearbox (406) with gasket (440) against the cover DF using hex head bolt (338).
25. Install bush (725) on drive shaft (101) with Loctite 243.
26. Install o- ring (448) to bearing covers (409) (410) and install it into cover D (407) using
the hex head screw (433).
27. Install lip seal (704) at the drive shaft position (101) and fill the bearing covers (409) (410)
with grease.
28. Close all drain ports using a plug (342) & (382) with fiber washer (343) & (383).
29. Close all pressure monitoring port using plug (382) with fiber washer (383) if not used for
measuring.
30. Fill the gearbox (406) with the correct oil to the center of the sight glass and close the
filling port with reducing socket (445) and breather (444).
31. For integrated PRV, install valve seat ring (543) into the case (350) and place the right
spring length (550).
32. Install o- ring (545) on the guide rod (554) and install the preassembled guide rod to
spring disc (551).
33. Install the preassembled guide rod (554) with spring disc (551) and gasket (575) into
spring cap (506) and install the sub-assembly to the case (350) using the hex head screw
(338).
34. Preload the spring according to the design data. The final settings will be done during the
pump performance test.
35. Close all support threads or bores with permanent plugs.
36. Check for oil leaks and correct oil levels.
