4. Remove the locknut (110) and ringfeder screws (114) to loosen the both spur gears (108
& 109) from the shafts (101 & 102).
5. Remove the spur gears (108 & 109) from the shafts (101 & 102). Remove the key (132) if
necessary from the short shaft (102).
6. Remove the distance bush (124) from the gear side short shaft (102) and locknut (111)
on the gear side long shaft.
7. Remove nuts (311) which secure the bearing cover DF (401) to the casing (350).
8. Carefully remove the screws (338) which secure the bearing cover DF (401) to the
intermediate cover (419).
9. Remove bearing cover DF (401) from the intermediate cover (419) using jacking tap
holes available in cover DF (401). Oil seals (704) and bearings (105) will remain in
bearing cover DF (401).
10. Loosen the hex head screw (433) which secure the cover KA (409) & (410) to bearing
cover D (407). Lip seal (704) will remain in bearing cover D (407).
11. Carefully remove the nuts (338) which secure the bearing cover D (407) to the
intermediate cover (419).
12. Remove bearing cover D (407) from the intermediate cover (419) using jacking tap holes
available in cover D (407). Oil seals (704) and bearings (105) will remain in bearing cover
D (407).
13. Remove the hex head screw (471) which secure the seal cover (470) to the intermediate
cover (419) on both sides.
14. Remove the socket head screws (315) on the both sides which secure the intermediate
cover to the casing (350).
15. Use jacking tap holes available in intermediate cover (419) to remove completely from
the casing (350).
16. Remove the mechanical seal (702) from the shafts (101) & (102) by loosening the grub
screws available on the mechanical seal on both sides.
17. In case of cartridge seal, remove cartridge seal (702) from the intermediate cover (419)
by loosening the hex head screw (471).
18. Carefully remove the shaft (101) & (102) with screw blocks (100) simultaneously out of
the casing (350)
19. To remove the relief valve assembly, once again make sure that guide rod and spring are
free from compression.
20. Remove the hex head screw (338) which secure the spring cap (506) to the casing (350).
21. Remove inner races of roller bearings from shafts (101) & (102) or cover D and Cover
DF.
22. Remove all gaskets (440) & (575) and bush (726) as necessary.
