The In Point and Out Point of the DDR clip must be set
in the Digital Disk Control menu.

The Start time is set
in the Multiple Effects Start field (§17.4.6.1). When a
DDR clip is triggered, it runs in real time from the
In
Point to the Out Point , regardless of the length of the
Multiple Effects execution. Its running time is indepen-
dent of any Length or End time set in Multiple Effects.
Additionally, when the length of an effect or script is
changed, the clip does not change length proportionate to
an effect length.

A
CMF
animation can be played as part of a Multiple
Effects execution.
NOTE
Note that if you enter a CMF message
ID number into the Mesg field, the
Type field does not automatically
switch to CMF. You must still change
the Type field to CMF, or the effect will
not execute properly.
Additionally, the SCSI Express drive
path must be set up in Message
Compose (SET-UP E) so that Multiple
Effects knows where to find the CMF
animation.

other buffer(s), use the Mix Settings window in the Mix
Control window(§16.7), or the Multiple Effects main
