1. Disconnect the lead wire assembly from the

pressure switch assembly (fig. 8T-A).

2. If necessary, remove the pressure switch assembly

(fig. 8T- B).

3. Remove control valve body attaching screws and

detent roller and spring assembly (fig. 9T).

NOTE: Do not remove solenoid attaching

screws.

CAUTION:

I f transmission is in the vehicle, the

front servo parts may drop out as the control

valve assembly is removed.

4. Remove control valve assembly and governor pipes

(fig. 10T).

CAUTION:

Do not drop manual valve.
