An intermittent audible signal is emitted:
in the "Voltage" setting, when the range is exceeded
(
MANUal
and
AUTO
mode - last range)
in the "Current" setting, when the range is exceeded

When the range is exceeded, the audible signal is accompanied by display

When the
symbol is activated:

USE
Description of the SETUP menu
4.1.
The
SETUP
menu configures the parameters of the multimeter according to the conditions of use and user's
preferences.
This menu proposes the main settings or configuration of the multimeter on
3
levels. The configurations are
stored when the multimeter is switched off if the
USER
(USR) mode is active; or with the configuration frozen
by the user in
LOCKED
mode. If this is not the case (
BASIC
mode), the instrument starts up with the
PLANT
configuration parameters. The menu that is not available is greyed out.
