4.8.6.2 FTP Folder Structure

Open Internet Explorer or My Computer. Type
ftp://ip address
in the address bar such as

In order to download files via FTP, the user needs to first login to the FTP server by right-clicking on
a blank area and select
Login As
.

Type in the FTP server’s
User Name
(default: admin) and
Password
(default: ceiec) and click
OK
to
authenticate access.

Click the folders that appear on the left or right pane to browse their contents. The contents of the
different folders are illustrated in the table below.

Please make sure not to access the
update
folder or the
oem
file as doing so may cause damage to
the PMC-592.
