Comments:
Everything should be checked before moving on from
this stage, as afterwards the target will be exposed.
HSE-RP suggests that since this is a critical point in
the operation, a "clearance" meeting should be
organized with all the stakeholders (EN-STI, EN-HE,
HSE-RP, EN-CV, EN-EA, etc.) to verify and get the
green light to proceed further.
A manual winch will be needed to recover persons in
the case of an emergency.
