: in questo caso la posizione dell’utensile è unica,
è importante assicurarsi che le viti ed i dadi siano
posizionati correttamente come in Fig.6.9.
Coltelli:
sostituirli uno per volta per evitare errori di
posizionamento. Ogni flangia ospita quattro coltelli
(due destri e due sinistri) fatta eccezione per la flangia
di testata nella quale ne sono presenti due (uno destro
e uno sinistro). I due coltelli sulla flangia di testata
hanno la vite più vicina all’asse del rotore che si avvita
direttamente sul supporto del rotore stesso e non sul
dado come le altre (è una vite speciale).
6.8 Periodo di inattività
Se la macchina non viene utilizzata per un lungo
periodo consigliamo di:
- sistemare l’attrezzatura in modo sicuro dal punto
di vista statico, per evitare il ribaltamento e il
rovesciamento.
- stoccare al coperto, in luogo asciutto
- pulire accuratamente la macchina
- lubrificare tutti i punti indicati nel paragrafo 6.2, -
pulire e ingrassare l’albero cardanico.
Teeth:
in this case, the tool position is only one, and
it is important to make sure that screws and nuts are
correctly positioned, as shown in Fig.6.9.
Tines:
replace them one by one, to avoid positioning
mistakes. Four tines are fitted on each flange (two right
tines and two left tines), except for the head flange that
has two tines (a right and a left one). In the two tines
on the head flange, the closest screw to the rotor axis
screws directly into the rotor support and not into the
nut as the other screws (it is a special screw).
6.8 Periods of inactivity
If the machine is not used for long periods, proceed
as follows:
- store the machine in a stable place to avoid
overturn.
- store in a dry and covered place
- clean the machine thoroughly
- lubricate all parts indicated in lubrication table 6.2
- clean and grease the driveshaft.
