Occupied & Unoccupied Runtime
The occupied and unoccupied runtimes will determine the amount of time the
thermostat will run the ventilator every hour for different comfort profiles. The
home, wake, and sleep comfort profiles are considered to be occupied profiles
and the away comfort profiles are considered to be an unoccupied profile.

Default: 20 min/hr for occupied comfort profiles
0 min/hr for unoccupied comfort profiles

Options:
0, 5, 10, 15, 20, …, 50, 55 min/hr
