Defibrillator manufacturers and distributors are required, under the Safe Medical Devices Act of 1990, to track the location of
defibrillators they sell. Please notify Survivalink Technical Support in the event that your defibrillator is sold, donated, lost,
stolen, exported, destroyed or if it was not purchased directly from Cardiac Science, Inc.
