Verify

Solution

Is the resolution set to 200 x 400 dpi or 400 x
400 dpi?

The lower the resolution, the shorter the sending time.
However, fine print may become more difficult to read.

Is image setting set to Text/Photo?

Set image setting to Text by pressing the image key.

Is ECM set to On?

ECM corrects errors during transmission. If there is a
problem with the phone line, having the machine set to
ECM may require more time to send a document. Try
setting ECM to Off.
