ax Settings

Press the [Fax Settings] key.

Select a send speed from the [Send Start
Speed] drop-down list box.

Setting Send/Receive Start Speeds

This function can change the start speed if poor
line conditions delay the start of sending or
receiving.

NOTE

• If frequent errors are encountered at 33600 bps,

the send speed is reduced successively to 14400
bps, 9600 bps, 7200 bps, 4800 bps, 2400 bps.

Select a receive speed from the [Receive
Start Speed] drop-down list box.
