ax Settings

Fax Activity Report Settings (Fax Activity Report)

This report function prints the history of Send/Receive jobs. You can select to print the report after
every 100 jobs, or at a specified time. The factory setting is to produce one report of Send and
Receive jobs together, however you can also select to divide Send and Receive jobs into separate
reports.

NOTE

• The factory settings are as follows:

- Auto Print: On
- Daily Activity Report Time: Off
- Send/Receive Separate: Off

Turn the Error Copy Print function [On] or
[Off], then press the [OK] key.

●

If [On] is selected
For monochrome sending, a portion of the
outgoing document will be printed on the Fax
TX Report. For color sending, this function is
not enabled.

●

If [Off] is selected
For both monochrome and color sending, the
Fax TX Report will be printed without a
portion of the outgoing document.

NOTE

• If [On] is selected, when sent from a box, a por-

tion of the error copy print will be printed on the
Fax TX Report, even for color documents.

Repeat until the Additional Functions screen closes.
