Canceling Fax Sending/Receiving from the Device Screen

While a fax job is being received or sent, there are times when it cannot be canceled from the Sys-
tem Monitor screen. In such cases, use the following procedure.

Press the [Cancel] key.

The displayed fax job is canceled.

Press the [System Monitor] key.

Press the [Device] key.
