7. Enter service mode to check the version of the system software.

NOTE:

When an error occurs during version upgrade, the machine is normally started with the previous version of the system software
(the version before the upgrade). After version upgrade, be sure to check if the version of the system software is changed to the
version you downloaded.

● Single mode

The following is the sample steps to download the DCON (the other components of the
system software can be downloaded similarly)

1. Connect this machine and the PC with SST installed.

2. Turn ON the machine power and execute the following service mode to enter download mode.

• COPIER > FUNCTION > SYSTEM > DOWNLOAD
