3. Enter the service mode and execute the following mode.

Copier > Function > System > FIXIP

4. Check that "FIXIP" is displayed on the Touch Panel Display.

NOTE:

After the work, turn OFF and then ON the power of the machine to recover the machine to the correct IP address.
When the machine is restarted, check that the IP address had been recovered and then connect by the LAN Cable to customer's
network.

Procedure for Entering the Download Mode

The Download Mode is the mode used to update the firmware of this machine and perform works such as the initialization of
storage.

■ Procedure to Enter Download Mode from Power OFF State (for Models with
Hard Keys)

The procedure for the machine to enter the download mode from power OFF state is as follows.

1. Turn ON the power while pressing "2" and "8" on the numeric keypad of Control Panel.
