When You Cannot Use GARO Device Setup Utility

This section describes how to solve problems with the GARO Device Setup
Utility.

GARO Device Setup Utility does not recognize printer

Problem 1:

The printer is not switched on.

Solution:

Check the printer power cord and the connection to the power source, then
press the Power button on the printer.

Problem 2:

The printer LAN port and cable are not connected correctly.

Solution:

Confirm that the connection of the cable that connects the printer to the
network is secure, then press the Power button to cycle the printer off and
on again. (

Setup Guide).

Problem 3:

The computer and the printer are not connected on the same subnet.

Solution:

Connect the computer and the printer with same hub.
