Installing the Power Supply Unit

■

Wiring the Power Harness

1. Remove two handles and the cover from the

rear of the copier (six screws).

2. Open the edge cover located on the top

surface of the power plug mounting bracket.

3. Remove the connector of the power hookup

harness and close the edge cover.

4. Install the Power Supply Unit and Metal

Bracket furnished with the Hard Disk Drive to
the left side of the power plug (four screws).

5. Connect the power hookup harness

connector to the Power Supply Unit.

1. Connect the Harness that comes with the

Hard Disk Drive to the Power Supply Unit.

2. Tidy up the Harness into the eight wiring

saddles and two edge covers available on
the copier side.

NOTE

Route the Harness so that the red cable tie
of the Harness is on the upper side of the
wiring saddle.

3. Connect the Harness to CN5 of the Network

Interface Card.
