Turn ON the main power switch.

Press the User Mode key, and press 'FAX
spec settings' on the screen that has
appeared.

Press 'Basic Registration'.

Line Type'.

Select the appropriate telephone line type,
and press the OK key.

Press the 'Close' key several times to return
to the Standard screen.
