3. OPERATIONS AND TIMING

Description

Use it to make adjustments if images on
paper picked up from the lower feeding
assembly (2nd side of overlay/two-sided
copies) are often displaced to the rear or
front.
• If the displacement is to the rear,

decrease the value (in units of 23, a sin-
gle unit being equivalent to 1 mm).

• If the displacement is to the front,

increase the value (in units of 23, a single
unit being equivalent to 1 mm).

Use it to correct offset from the laser center.
• If you have initialized the RAM or

replaced the image processor PCB, enter
the value recorded on the service label.
