4.4 USE LIMITATIONS

4.5 DANGEROUS AREAS

use and knowing all situations and possible troubles connected to the wheeled engine-driven compressors for
agricultural tasks and all the characteristics and risks of their working environment.
The machine is composed of some units and parts considered to be dangerous. They have all been enclosed.
There are some remaining risks inherent to high temperatures. They refer to engine, compressor head block,
smoke exhausting pipes, hydraulic hose (19) and pilot valve/unloader (5).
Keep off these parts or enclose them, so that they cannot be accessed while the machine is working.

In order to limit the risks in the dangerous areas, all the necessary prevention and protection steps have been
taken. Please respect the procedural indications as well as those about the Individual Protection Devices, all
contained in this manual.
4.6 ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS
The environment of the machine installation is outdoor and protected against aggressive factors, such as corrosive
vapours or overheating sources.
In particular, the machine shall work in the following environmental conditions:
Environmental temperature range: from -5°C - to +45°C;
Relative moisture: from 5% to 80% without condensed water
Altitude: 1000 m max above sea level
The use of the machine and of the control devices in conditions which are different from the ones listed is not
allowed.
In particular, the installation and use environment shall not be affected by:
• Exposure to corrosive smokes or fumes;
• Exposure to excessive moisture ( above 80 %) and to quick changes of the relative moisture ( above
0,005 p.u./h);
• Exposure to excessive dust;
• Exposure to abrasive powder;
• Exposure to oily vapours;
• Exposure to explosive mixtures of powders or gases;
• Exposure to salt air;
• Exposure to vibrations, hits or anomalous shocks,
• Exposure to bad weather or to dripping;
• Exposure to heating changes being high or quick (above 5K/h)
• Presence of nuclear radiations.
