6) Vibration time
This function enables the operator to adjust the vibration time to jog the book block against the
“stop”
in the BB
3002
’s carriage clamp. Two operating modes are available: the ‘Auto’ mode
turned on or off.
- ‘Auto’ mode is activated: the vibration time automatically adjusts according to the
thickness of the book block.
- ‘Auto’ mode is deactivated: the vibration time is manually adjustedwith the bargraph
.
The time can be adjusted from
0

seconds to

seconds and this adjustment can be made
while the machine operating.
7) Vibration intensity
This function enables the vibration’s intensity to be adjusted.
8) Job validation
When the job parameters are defined, this button sends the setup to the machine.

Keep your hands far away from the loading area while the conveyor belt
adjustments.
9) alarm menu
This function displays the various error and warning messages.
