Description

Solution

1

Shut off signal after the flame is out and all
ignition attempts have failed.

Check the gas supply and open any closed
valves.

2

False flame signal.  A flame signal is recog-
nised without the gas valve being open.

Check the gas valve.  If there is a flame, replace
the gas valve.  Check the ionization and replace
as needed.

3

Excess temperature signal from the excess
temperature thermostat.   If the thermostat
is open, it will cause an error to occur.

Check the boiler settings (draft curve, max. Tem-
perature, differential gap). Check the supply and
return flow sensors.

5

Speedometer error.  The controller requires
a certain fan rotation, but is not receiving a
(correct) speedometer signal.

Check the connection between the fan and the
automatic firing device.  Check the fan and re-
place as needed.

11

Errors during the first temperature check.
Initially, the pump’s controller will turn on to
equalize the supply and return flows to with-
in 5 °C of each other.  The sensors have
not reached the same values within app. 4
minutes.

Check the supply and return flow temperatures.
Check the sensors and replace as needed.

26

The controller has lost the flame signal 4
times within 240 sec.  There is something
wrong with the flame recognition’s reliabil-
ity.

Check the ionisation and clean or replace as
needed.
