5, and CTX are fully field portable analyzers based on energy dispersive X-

ray fluorescence (EDXRF) technology and use an X-ray tube as their excitation source. When
energized, the instruments generate low-energy X-rays.

Instruments are factory calibrated, based on customer-ordered configuration. Calibrations are
