Push the upper coolant water hose (3) on the upper socket of the radiator as well on
the water socket of the cylinder head cover.
¨
Push the lower coolant water hose (3) on the lower socket of the radiator as well on
the water socket of the water pump housing.
¨
Secure the coolant hoses with the hose clamps (4).

Secure the upper coolant water hose (3) by using the provided cable clamp (8) to
the driver's seat.

Attention: The coolant water hose between radiator and engine must not rub with the driver's
seat, arrange the routing of the coolant water hose accordingly.

Secure the lower coolant water hose (3) by using two of the provided cable clamps
(8) to the chassis.

Warning: Pleas follow the instruction of the chassis manufacturer for mounting the
lower coolant water hose to the chassis.
¨
Establish connection between overflow socket on radiator filling socket and overflow
bottle with an appropriate piece of hose.
