ROOM OR WATER TEMPERATURE REACHES
TEMPERATURE FIXED BY THE USER
When the room temperature reaches the value set by the user or the
water temperature reaches the desired value, the thermo-stove will
automatically operate at one lower power; it means that modulates in
power.
See drawing D60
.
Remember that if the “stand-by mode” is activated, when one of the
temperatures reaches the value set by the user plus a differential
(2ºC) the thermo-stove will be automatically turned off and will wait until
the water temperature falls to the set temperature minus a differential
(2ºC).
9.5.6
BURNER CLEANING
While the thermo-stove is working normally, automatic cleaning of
the burner takes place in several minutes intervals. This process
consists of cleaning the remaining of pellet in the burner in order to
guarantee proper working of the thermo-stove (
see drawing D61
).
9.5.7
TURNING OFF THE STOVE
In order to ignite the thermo-stove, press button no.4 during a few
seconds. Once it has been turned off, it will start the final cleaning
stage, in which the pellet supply stops and the smoke extractor and
pump will work at maximum speed. This stage does not finish until the
thermo-stove has reached the appropriate cooling temperature.
9.5.8
STOVE TURNED OFF
When the boiler is turned off, the display shows the following
information (
see drawing D63
):
9.5.9
RE-IGNITION OF THE STOVE
Once the thermo-stove is turned off it is not possible to restart it
until a safety lock out period is passed and the thermo-stove is cold
enough. If you try to start-up the thermo-stove, the display will show
the following information (
see drawing D64
):
10 ALARMS
In case of an anomaly during operation, the electronics of the
thermo-stove intervene and highlight the irregularities that have
taken place in the standard operation of the thermo-stove,
depending on the type of fault.
Every alarm situation puts the thermo-stove to be an automatic “lock
out” state. By pressing button 4 we can unlock it. Once the thermo-stove has reached the appropriate cooling temperature, the user can
restart it up.
10.1
POWER SUPPLY FAILURE (BLACK OUT)
In the event that power supply is cut for less than 30 seconds, the
thermo-stove will restart and continue with its normal working state.
In the event that power supply is cut for greater than 30 seconds,
when power is restored, the thermo-stove, as a safety measure, goes
straight to the Final Cleaning stage until the temperature reaches
the appropriate cooling temperature. Once the final cleaning has
finished, the thermo-stove will turn off until the user manually ignites
it again (
see drawing D65
).
10.2
SMOKE TEMPERATURE PROBE ALARM
This alarm goes off when the probe in charge of detecting the
exhaust smoke temperature is disconnected or it fails. During the
alarm status, the thermo-stove will move to the turn-off stage (
see
drawing D66
).
10.3
SMOKE TEMPERATURE EXCESS ALARM
It goes off when the probe detects a smoke temperature higher than
270°C. Therefore the display will show the following message (
see
drawing D67
):
During the alarm state, the thermo-stove will be in the turn-off stage.
