Avoid serious injury or death from loss of boat
control. Boat operator should never leave the
active station while the engines are in gear.
Helm transfer should only be attempted while
both stations are manned. One person helm
transfer should only be attempted while engines
are in neutral.

Skyhook
®
(Digital Anchor)
The joystick Skyhook feature pinpoints the boat’s
position using GPS and maintain position and
heading. It’s ideal for holding a boat over a fishing
spot, waiting for a drawbridge to open or maintaining
position waiting to refuel at a marina.
Integrated Autopilot
Auto heading and waypoint sequencing maintains
course and allow precise, one-degree heading
adjustments with a tap on the joystick. Plot trips with
multiple stops between a starting point and a final
destination with waypoint sequencing.
Transfer Joystick Control
Station transfer allows engine control to be transferred
from the helm to the optional upper station helm. The
throttle and shift lever should be in neutral when
performing a station transfer.
METHOD 1: Delayed
Transfer
This method delays station transfer until the throttle
and shift control levers (see Figure 2.32.2) at the
transferring station match the lever positions at the
station you are transferring from.
1. Press and release
TRANSFER button on the throttle
and shift control where you want to take control.
A beep is heard and the neutral light illuminates.
The light flashes if control levers at the two stations
are not aligned (set the same). Adjust handles until
the light flashing ceases.

NOTE: The lights blink faster as the handles are
nearing their matched position.
2. Press and release the
TRANSFER
button a second
time. A beep is heard and transfer is complete.
Station transfer is cancelled if not completed
within 10 seconds.
3. Adjust the control handles to the desired throttle
and shift position.
METHOD 2:
Immediate Transfer
Press the TRANSFER button twice at the helm where
you want to take control. This completes the transfer.
Engine speed and gear position will automatically
adjust at a slow rate to the handle settings at the new
active station.
1. Press and release the
TRANSFER
button two
times on the throttle and shift control where you
want to take control. Two beeps are heard and
the transfer is complete.
2. Adjust the control handles to the desired throttle
and gear positions.
