General and Internet Setup Options
• If your computer is not part of a network, select the default setting “No HTTP proxy.”
• If your computer is part of a network and you already use a browser to access the Internet,
select “Use my browser proxy settings.”
• If your computer is part of a network and you do not use a browser, select “Manual proxy
settings.”
The
Register product
button is provided for registering your product or updating your regis-
tration information. Click the
Register product
button, fill in the requested information and
click the
Submit
button
Note:
If you are not automatically connected to the Internet after clicking this button, please
establish an Internet connection manually.
Clicking the
Check for upgrade
button connects your computer with the Wave/PC website
and looks for a newer version of the Wave/PC application. If a newer version is found, you will
be given the opportunity to download it to your computer.
Clicking the
Tech Support
button opens a window that asks you to describe the problem you
are having with your Wave/PC system. Clicking the
Send
button transmits the description of
the problem and your system components to a technical support website. Clicking
Cancel
dismisses the window and stops the E-mail transaction.
