Interpretation of measurement
results
i
On completion of measurement, all the measure-
ment results are displayed in numerical and graphi-
cal form on the monitor. Only the corresponding
measurement result is displayed if the wheel, rim or
tire is selected in the menu bar.

Green tick: Value within tolerance
Red tick: Value not within tolerance
11.2.1 Numerical
evaluation
Symbol
Explanation
Measured deviation from a perfectly
true-running wheel in mm.
Measured deviation from a perfectly
true-running rim in mm.
Tire deviation calculated from mea-
sured wheel and rim deviation.
WheelMatch: Total deviation of
measured wheel.
BestMatch: Best possible
theoretically attainable value
calculated from the above.
Blue bar: Indicates the value for
the measured wheel
Black bar: Indicates the best pos-
sible theoretically attainable value.
"
The program can be terminated if all the values are
within the tolerance (green tick).
"
If a value is not within the tolerance (red tick), a mes-
sage recommending starting of the match program
appears beneath the results (refer to Section 11.4).
<

true-running measurements for the wheel, rim and
tire.
