13.2.5 Exchanging the filter element
The filter element has to be renewed

every time the hydraulic fluid is exchanged,
 if the clogging indicator is in the YELLOW or RED range.
Only use original spare parts R900037088.

Open-end wrench size 36

New filter element

Container to dispose of lubricants/waste

Provide appropriate cleaning cloths

The hydraulic power unit is switched off and the mains plug is not connected.

The hydraulic system must be depressurized.
To exchange the filter element proceed as follows:

Screw off the cover of the return flow filter using an open-end wrench size 36
(see fig. 44).

Pull the contaminated filter element with the basket upwards and remove it
(see fig. 45).
