Set-up, installation and commissioning
1. Pressure too high
The zero stroke control is too high if the displayed pressure exceeds 55 bar.
Possible causes:
–
The zero stroke control might be manipulated.

Interrupt the further operation and stop the hydraulic power unit.

Prevent the further operation of the WS290 training system.

Inform the Bosch Rexroth service.
2. Pressure too low
The zero stroke control is too low if the displayed pressure lies below 45 bar.
Possible causes include:
–
The zero stroke control has been manipulated.
–
The delivery volume is too low.
–
The hydraulic power unit is not tight.

Prevent the further operation of the WS290 training system.

Inform the Bosch Rexroth service.
3. Pressure ok
The zero stroke control is ok if the displayed pressure lies between
50 bar and 55 bar.

Repeat the test for the second pump circuit.
The pressure test is completed.

Restore the initial condition.
9.5.7 Pressure test in circulation operation
At the P/T distributor, the circulation operation is set-up as follows:

At the P/T distributor with depressurized circulation, set the switch-over lever
to "Circulation" (horizontal position).

Switch on the hydraulic pump at the "ON" switch.
The pump starts up.

Check the circulation pressure:
The pointer in the pressure gauge is constant.

Read off the value.

Pressure too high
The circulation pressure is too high if the displayed pressure exceeds 12 bar.
Possible causes:
–
The delivery volume might be too high.

Inform the Bosch Rexroth service.
