Check Signal Strength
Apply power to the ITS-DX4020-G and wait 30 sec. Depending on the SIM card used, first-time
registration might take up to 3 minutes to complete. If any LEDs have a double flash, refer to
and proceed when the double-flash problem is resolved.
Check the signal strength LEDs (SS1, SS2, and SS3):
