Know Your Heart Rate
To determine your recommended heart rate level and help select the correct type of exercise program you wish to follow,
see the graphic below. An approximate of your maximum heart rate (MHR) is calculated as follows:
MHR = 220 – Age.
For the T240S-T240P-T240C-T300-T500

Fat Burning Zone = 60-69%

Healthy Heart Zone = 70-79%

Aerobic Zone = 80%-89%
For the T460XC
