1.2.5. Saving an exercise (Memory)
Once a program has ended or has been stopped prematurely, the user can save up to 20 speed and incline levels, and
repeat them later. This function is very useful when an exercise is particularly interesting and motivating. With all the
treadmills (except the T240S), you can create a program or modify an existing one and then save it for future use, including
the
Heart Rate Control program
. The treadmills offer a unique option to save and resume a
Heart Rate Control program
without the use of a chest strap.
Saving a program enables the computer to save 20 speed and incline levels done during the exercise. The speed and
incline parameters are saved at the end of each on-screen segment. The T240P-T240C-T300-T460XC-T500 allows you to
create a program or modify an existing one to your specifications, save it and restore it from the memory at a later time.
When an exercise program is over or prematurely stopped, the exercise parameters are displayed and the menu offers you
the opportunity to save your exercise. This option is displayed in abbreviated form: SAVE PRESS ENTER followed by NOT
PRESS STOP. If you wish to save the exercise, simply press the
JustGo
TM
key and, if you don’t wish to save it, simply
press the
STOP
key. . If you choose to save the program a message will indicate under what name your exercise was
saved.
If you wish to save your exercise at the end of the program, T240P-T240C-T300-T500 treadmills have four (4) spaces
