TMC function
The Traffi c Message Channel (TMC) supplies your
Lucca with traffi c reports that are broadcast by
the radio stations with the RDS (Radio Data Sys-
tem) signal.
The broadcast traffi c reports can be included in
the route calculation by the Lucca. In case of traf-
fi c obstructions on the calculated route, they are
utilised for calculating an alternate route.
This allows the Lucca to present a dynamic naviga-
tion that is adjusted to the traffi c situation.
TMC is available in the following countries: Aus-
tria, Belgium, Czech Republic Denmark, Germa-
ny, England, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands,
Norway, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
