IBM Lotus Domino takes a long time to complete cluster

replication

Possible cause

By default, IBM® Lotus® Domino® servers use only one cluster replicator. If the IBM Lotus Domino servers take a long
time to replicate the cluster, you can add cluster replicators to the IBM Lotus Domino servers.

Possible solution

Add cluster replicators to the IBM Lotus Domino servers. For more information about cluster replicators, including
metrics that you can use to determine how many cluster replicators the IBM Lotus Domino servers require, see the
IBM Lotus Domino documentation.

Some web services do not function correctly after

upgrading the BlackBerry Enterprise Server for IBM Lotus

Domino

Possible cause

BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for IBM® Lotus® Domino® version 4.1 SP6 and later supports HTML email messages.
To reduce the memory impact of this email message format on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, the value

HTTPDisableJVM=1

 was added to the notes.ini file. This setting might prevent specific web services, such as IBM®

Lotus Notes® Traveler or custom WSDLs, from functioning correctly on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

Possible solution

In the notes.ini file, change the value to 

HTTPDisableJVM=0

. This change does not affect any other functionality

on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server but the change does use approximately 40 MB more memory.
