installation and programming

If the OTAR channel is to also be used as a communication channel, select the desired encryption

key from Encryption Key List.

Global Settings

Click the “Enable OTAR Operation” box under the” Encryption” tab.

Select the “Disable Data Registration” check box under the “Encryption” tab.

Drag-and-drop “Tactical OTAR” to set as a menu item under the “Menus/Controls” tab.

In the SLN field, under the “Encryption” tab, enter the TEK CKR numbers associated with the

desired encryption keys.

(See step 7, “Configuration set with Keyloader” for keyloading information.)

Enter the CKEK number under the “Tactical OTAR” tab.

This number must match the number of the CKEK set with the Keyloader. (See “Configuration set

with Keyloader” for keyloading information.)

Enter the MTEK number under the “Tactical OTAR” tab. This number must match the number of the

MTEK set with the Keyloader. (See “Configuration set with Keyloader” for keyloading information.)

Enter the DTEK number under the “Tactical OTAR” tab. This number must match the number of the

DTEK set with the Keyloader. (See “Configuration set with Keyloader” for keyloading information.)
