Compressor 1, 2, 3 stop unload time (Timer Page 4.1..3)
: this is the minimum stop time of the compressor
and motor. Default value is minimum requirement for compressor. The value must be changed, if the motor
requires a higher minimum stop time.
Motor 1, 2, 3 start to start time (Timer Page 4.1..3)
Timer to set the minimum time between two consecutive starts. The value must be changed, if the motor
requires a higher or can handle a lower value.

Daily use of ACP LINK
The pages needed for daily observations on the HMI of the ACP LINK panel can be viewed directly without
the need of login. Login as normal user is required to change the regulation mode (including to stop the unit).
Read sections 10.1 to 10.3 for more information on what is necessary to know for daily operation of the
BITZER ACP LINK.

Remote access to BITZER ACP LINK via Schneider App
The HMI on the LINK panel can be accessed from a tablet or smartphone, using the Schneider Vijeo
Design’Air app (not “plus” version). The Schneider Vijeo Design’Air Free App is available for free and gives
time limited access. The HMI will act as server and the connection requires a WIFI access point to be
connected to the HMI Ethernet 2 connection. Follow steps below to setup access to the HMI from the App.
1.
Check that a suitable WIFI access point is connected to the Ethernet 2 port on the HMI.
2.
Setup the WIFI access point network settings, according to the instructions for the used hardware
and in alignment with the Ehternet 2 port network settings of the HMI (see also section 10.10, sub-
section “HMI”).
3.
On the tablet: find the WIFI network from the WIFI access point. Find the name of the SSID and the
wireless password illustrated on the Wifi-device. Connect the tablet to the WIFI access point.
4.
On the tablet: setup a manual IP address for the network. Make sure the IP address is in the same
range as the Ethernet 2 address on the HMI and set equal subnet mask and gateway.
5.
Download the Vijeo Design’Air app from the App Store or Google Play store.
6.
Launch the Vijeo Design’Air application
7.
Touch the “Add Device” button
8.
A dialog box will open. Enter the name and IP address of the HMI that acts as webserver (host).
Leave port number as is (6002).
9.
Press “Save” to add the entered HMI to the Favorites.
10.
Touch the button with the name of the newly added HMI to connect.
If problems occur with connectivity it may be necessary to restart the HMI and WIFI access point.

Remote access to ACP LINK via Schneider Webgate
The HMI on the ACP LINK panel can be accessed remotely using the Schneider Webgate access. The HMI
will act as a webserver and can be accessed through a browser on a remote PC. The HMI must be
connected to the internet for remote access, for example through a VPN connection. Setting up the network
connection to the HMI is out of the scope of BITZER supply.
When the network connection is established, for example to a PC, then the HMI can be accessed from a
browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer is recommended by Schneider), by entering the IP address from the
HMI: example (shown above), http://10.4.156.120. In order for Webgate to work, the IP-address must be
added to a list of secure sites in the internet browser. When the communication is established, then the
Webgate main page will appear as shown in the picture below. Select “Monitoring” and then “In Frame” or
“New Window” to start the monitoring of the HMI screen. Depending on speed of connection, it may take
some time.
