Accepting a call (entering into an inquiry call)

You will be con nec ted with the wai ting par ty. Your first call is put on hold (see »In qui ry call«). For furt -
her pro ce du res re fer also to »Broker’s call« or »Three-par ty con fer en ce call«.
Refusing a call

Dial the code for re fu sing the wai ting call. The cal ler will then hear the busy sig nal.
Accepting a call
You can al so ac cept a wai ting call by han ging up the hand set and en ding the first call. When then lift up the hand set
again you will be con nec ted with the cal ler who was pre vi ous ly waiting.
Transfer calls
Transferring calls internally without advance notice
You can trans fer calls when you di al the num ber of the in ter nal par ty and then hang up the hand set. The in ter nal par -
ty is then cal led and can ta ke the call when he/she lifts the handset.

You will hear the in ter nal dial tone.
t Dial the num ber of the in ter nal par ty to whom you wish to trans fer the call.
You will hear the rin ging sig nal in your hand set.
The par ty will be cal led.
If you hear the busy sig nal press the

key again to re trie ve the call that is on hold.

Re pla ce the hand set. The par ty will be cal led. The par ty being cal led lifts up the hand set and con ducts
the ex ter nal call. If the cal led par ty does not lift up his/her hand set you will be cal led back at your te le -
pho ne af ter appr. 30 seconds.

You wish to trans fer an in ter nal or ex ter nal call to anot her in ter nal par ty and spe ak with that par ty be fo re hand.

If you hear the busy sig nal, press the Re call flash but ton again to re trie ve the call.
