8.4 Activating / deactivating “Idle mode” function
You can also activate the " Idle mode " function for the switching times set via the control by date and / or
the cyclic control. This function is used to switch off all device functions except for the controller. With
operating mode “Idle mode”, heating, refrigeration, and the fan are deactivated.

You can define the switching state of up to four controller functions. Function 2 is “Idle mode”, while with
this chamber type the other controller functions are without function.
The functions are displayed from left to right.
Example: Function 2 “Idle mode” activated = 0 1 00. Function 2 “Idle mode” deactivated = 0 0 00.

This view shows the switching states of the four available functions.
“1” = Activated function
“0” = Deactivated function
Idle mode
Press the
OK button
to access the first individual function. Then press the
arrow-down button
, to access
the “Idle mode” function.
Function 2 “Idle mode”.
The current switching state is shown (example).

Press the OK button to enable the setting.
Setting function 2 “Idle mode”.
The current setting flashes. Use the
arrow buttons
to select between
0 (deactivated function) and 1 (activated function).
Confirm the setting with the
OK button
.

With the Back button you can go back to the “ Setpoint switchover ” submenu and, repeatedly pressing
it, to Normal display .
