Select the prime mode.
Check
[Use Customized Prime]
to select a user defined priming
method. See chapter 5.1.2 for further information.
Uncheck
[Use Customized Prime]
to use the default prime mode.

Select the
[injectors]
. All injectors may be selected at the same time.
5.
Always use empty 12x75 mm vials for priming. Each injectors needs a
separate vial.
6.
Follow the commands on the screen and wait for the prime process
to be finished. At the end of the process the
<Close>
button is availa-
ble.
7.
Click
<Close>
to exit the dialog box.
8.
The injectors are now primed and ready to use.

Customizing the Priming Sequence
Some reagents (e.g. high viscosity) or solutions (e.g. cells) require special
priming procedures which can be defined individually.
To setup a customized prime sequence proceed as follows:
1.
Starting at the [
Main]
screen, click
[Tools] / [Prime Customize].
2.
The
[Prime Customize]
dialog will be displayed.
3.
Clicking on + in the Operations window will expand the respective
folders and display the settings.
