Example for a Mastercurve with calibrators and controls
[No of standards]
Insert the number of standards.
Minimum of standards for
Spline calculation: 2
Point to point calc: 4
Maximim of standards: 10
[Concentrations]
Enter the respective concentration of each
standard. The concentrations must increase
otherwise you will get an error message.
In case of a
[Mastercurve]
provided by the kit
manufacturer, insert the RLU values of the
standards additionally.
[Replicates]
Insert the number of replicates (1-10) of your
standards, controls and calibrators, if applica-
ble.
[Concentration of calibrators]
If your assay requires the use of cali-
brators (assay with master cure or reference
curve), enter the concentrations.
The 2 calibrators are used instead of a full ref-
erence curve. Their values are compared to
the original values of the respective reference
curve or master curve and the curve will be
adjusted accordingly.
