Perform a Curvefit Measurement
Depending on the type of standardization, the steps to be performed vary
for the different types of Immunoassays .
See chapter 9.1 for details on the mathematical data reduction used in
the software after measurement of a full standard curve.
NOTICE
Use of injectors:
If injectors are to be used, they must be primed prior to protocol
start. Refer to chapter 5.1.1 for details.

Measure an immunoassay with full standardization
To start a measurement act as follows on the
[Main screen]
:
1.
Select the Immunoassay
[Protocol]
to be used from the protocol list.
The protocol that has been created last will be pre-selected. The lay-
out of this protocol, e.g. the measuring sequence, will be displayed.
2.
To check the protocol settings you may click
<Protocol Preview>.
3.
Enter a
[file name]
under which the measurement is to be stored.
4.
Click
<Start Measurement>.
A
[Start Dialog]
screen will be displayed.
