To check the protocol settings you may click
<Protocol Preview>.

Click
<Measure Ref-Std Curve>.
The standards for your reference
curve, underlaid with green color, will be displayed according to your
definitions.

Click
<Start Measurement>.
A
[Start Dialog]
screen will be displayed.
Follow the description of 4.-9. in chapter 4.4.1.

The reading will finish automatically after measurement of the last
replicate. Alternatively click
<Exit Measurement>
to end the readings.
6.
Click
<Measure Ref-Std Curve>
to de-select it.
7.
When the measurement has finished, remove the last sample (still in
measurement position) from the instrument using
[Instrument] /
[Load Tube].
8.
After all standards have been measured you may click the
<Standard
Curve>
tab in order to view the standard curve and the respective nu-
merical values of the standards
A right-click into the chart area opens a menu offer-ing display, print
and save options.
Curve fit method, axis transformation and smoothing may be changed
and values of standards may be edited if appropriate. The edited and
recalculated data will be indicated by red colour.
9.
The curve will be stored automatically and can be used as a reference
curve for consecutive measurements of this protocol.
Measure an Immunoassay using a Reference Curve
1.
Select the protocol to be used from the
[protocol list].
In case the reference curve has just been measured, click the
<New>
icon first and then select the protocol.
2.
Make sure that
<Measure Ref-Std Curve>
is not highlighted.
