[Endpoint Dual]
In a Dual Label Assay two consecutive End-
point measurement series are defined. Each
series may start with an injection and/or a de-
lay. A mathematical ratio between both
measurement series may be calculated in the
[Multilabel Calculation Page]
afterwards.
This measurement type is useful in lumines-
cent research assays to determine dual
reporter gene expression.
[Kinetic Single]
The kinetic single mode is appropriate for fast
kinetics assays lasting over several seconds up
to minutes, e.g. enzyme kinetics and Calcium
influx.
[Flexible]
This assay type allows a more flexible combi-
nation of Delay time, Dispense settings and
Endoint or Kinetic measurement steps.
[DualGlo]
DualGlo is a Dual Label Assay with two consec-
utive Endpoint measurement series like
[Endpoint Dual]
, but without injection. A
mathematical ratio between both measure-
ment series may be calculated in the
[Multilabel Calculation Page]
afterwards.
This measurement type is useful in lumines-
cent dual assays with a stable signal (Glo
Assays).

Depending on the measurement type selected, the parameter in the
[General page]
may vary.
As described in step 2, the definition of a second measuring step, the
selection of a multilabel calculation step, or special settings for Kinetic
measurements may be required. However, other parameter settings
can be omitted for some measuring types.
